Ok as someone who had a hard time getting pregnant and went through a miscarriage I loved playing games at baby showers. I also loved watching mom open the gifts.

No games? Maybe I'm just a kid at heart but I think some baby shower games can be fun! And I personally enjoy seeing the gifts being opened! You can play gift BINGO where guests fill out a blank BINGO card with baby items, if that gift is opened they check off that square. Whoever gets 5 in a row gets a prize. It makes the gift opening more fun and interactive and who doesn't like prizes?

Good video but most of these tips are catered to pleasing the guests. The baby shower is about the mama not the guests if they don’t wanna play games or sit through opening presents they shouldn’t come.

Soooo .. #1 Have desserts #2 Help a grown woman register?? (We all know to include tons of cheap things) #3 Enlist 'squad' to load onsies and bottles and shit into mom's car... Oh, and take balloons out of your house!? And don't play games, or open gifts? So just invite people over for desserts? Wow, least helpful 'how too' I've ever seen... This video should of been called Absurd, snarky and sarcastic, unhelpful baby shower tips! Orrr How to have the worst baby shower ever.. Orrr How to piss off people people who were genuinely looking for baby shower tips Orrr How to irritate guests by not letting them see moms reaction to their gift

I'm into 32 weeks, 3rd child, rushing with my PhD. stuff and lately not many people have shown up to mingle and be friends. How can I be motivated to do a baby shower?

I love the games and I always love watching people open my gifts. At Christmas I prefer watching others open their gifts than even opening my own. 🎉 sorry not gonna follow this advice😂❤
