Thanks. That was far easier than I imagined. On my boiler there's only one black tap valve. The other valve is without a tap, but has the screw to half turn in order to fill. I suppose that's because it's easier to determine when it's switched on or off.

This worked for me ! Thanks.. 2 Questions though: 1 Why does the water pressure drop into the white? Do I have a very slow leak somewhere? 2 The boiler audibly bangs now as it relights the gas... It didn't before the F.28 code and pressure drop.

My friend had to decrease as 1.9 by bleeding the radiator letting water out until normal pressure 1.5 working perfectly and will not damage boiler if you stick to the right pressure for your boiler. This is what a gas company has said and works fine now fault 75

Thanks for posting Will, really helpful. What if the left hand valve starts to leak water when I turn it? This would surely indicate enough water is in the system? Yet the pressure gauge is low on my boiler. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi Will, the Valliant boiler I have is actually low pressure and no hot water at all, (central heating works fine). However, when I look below it where you recommend, there is a built in freezer so impossible to access the area as you mention. I have looked under it and can't find the water pressure taps at all. Any advice?

Thanks for your video. I have a question about fuses. Recently I replaced one fuse on the bottom right corner of the board under the small black box. I am just wondering this boiler needs two fuses. If so, do you know where the second one is. Many thanks

From the manual (for a more exact answer to what the pressure is) - “The pressure gauge allows you to quickly check whether the filling pressure is in the correct range, even when the appliance is switched off. When the appliance is in operation, you can see the exact pressure in the display. Activate the pressure display by pressing the “-” button. After 5 seconds the display returns to the flow temperature”

Hi My pressure in my combi boiler was passed the red the pressure was high. Water was leaking out the bottom of the boiler when the heating was on. Got the pressure down and the leak stopped what could this be. Thanks

Hi, The system stopped working with an F75 error, and the pressure at zero, below the green. I carefully opened the tap and water flowed in. I closed the tap as soon as it went into the green. The F75 disappeared and the system started working. I now think the gauge was stuck at the bottom of the green as the pressure then jumped to the start of the red. I switched off the system. To try to reduce the system pressure I drained out approx. 2 and half large buckets - more than 20 lts. The gauge remains in the red. I don't think it's stuck as it drops down into the end of the green when I take water out and then back into the red when I tap it. Although the heating and hot water work I am concerned damage will be done. Any suggestions please? Thanks
