Navy SEAL Masterclass: www.jakezweig....
UPDATED July 25 2021
************************
Email me I have this whole workout in a .pdf that I will send you. jake.zweig@gmail.com
You're not going to become a Navy SEAL working out 1 hour a day. It will take you at least 3 if not 6 hours to truly have the ability to crush training.
****WARNING**** you need to be running 20-25 miles a week before you start this program.
We are talking about getting ready for the SEAL Physical Training test which is a 500yd swim, 2 minutes Pull-ups, 2 minutes of push-Ups, 2 minutes of situps, wrapped up with a 1.5-mile run. Good scores 9min swim, 15 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 situps, 9 min run. GREAT score 7 min swim, 25 pull-ups, 140 pushups, 150 situps, 7:45 run. We're not playing around here!
I got in with 8:06 swim, 23 pull-ups, 120 pushups, 81 situps, and a PR 8:46 run.
WE BUILD CHAMPIONS FOR LIFE!
Leadership driving results...Innovation and courage guiding the way to excellence. These are the core principles I am dedicated to in my pursuit of mission success and in my responsibility to forge our youth into tomorrow's leaders. Jake Zweig’s - Coaching Pledge

Dude I know 5 a day is pretty god for a civilian so I was like dam man how many miles do u need him to do.. he ended up not going crazy hard on him saying stay at 5 and start at 8 miles on saturday and than do more from there... he smashed on his push ups too lol

@@gankhammer9926 I think it's to be above and beyond prepared those miles will make you super sharp and fit...yeah it's a lot of work... but he isnt just one of the normal seals tho... your talking to one of the guys who at his time was one of few black seal going into training/buds so he was being watched by everyone so he had to work harder than most just to get what others got... I'm just defending him cuz I watched some other vids of his stories... there is a reason for his madness I'm trying to say... but yea one up each saturday I would prolly end up quitting after 5 days of brutal workouts... but hey that's me that's why I'm a delivery driver and not a US navy seal

Quite honestly, your body adapts pretty quickly to running if you concentrate and put effort into conditioning yourself for it, and its not that hard to run those distances everyday. I can do it, and I sure as hell know I wouldn’t last a day in seal training lol

I wish I would have had such a mentor. Tried to become a Kampfschwimmer in the German navy and prepared for it during regular duty in the boarding teams. Long story short: ended up over trained and somehow got injured over time. Still recovering from that. Dropped out of training after 8 weeks because of injuries. To everyone: this kind of training is no joke, it isn't only the mental game your body also has to be able to deal with this. This guy is really helping those who are still willing to go the hard way.

It’s the quadrants for Income Type E = Employee the least desirable income type you trade your time for money, and the owner collects more than you. S = Self Employed this one is better than Employee but you stop earning when you stop working you’re still trading your time for money you just collect a bigger check B = Business owner, your business is scalable and makes money whether you’re there or not I = investor you buy shares of other peoples busines. The B and I quadrants are the only way you will ever be able to retire. Unless you’re in a rare career with a pension.

I LOVE this style of training for preparing, however, the amount of fatigue I felt after about 2-3 weeks of running/swimming/lifting 6 days a week was crazy. I was consuming around 210g of protein per day as well with 2 cups of basmati rice before each session. I REALLY want to do this much training to prepare but I'm starting to think I'm overtraining.

Mitchell Steffen you might have just simply jumped into it too soon and don’t work up to it. It sounds like this person he is training has a decent/good baseline.

My PT scores line up between your "Good" and "Great" scores, now I'm just trying to improve the run and swim times. I'll shoot you an email for your program so I can prepare for the real smoke sess.
