- Train our Flexibility -
Prepare :
1. something shaped like a cylinder that is not dangerous.
2. Mattress : so that your back won't hurt.
3. Box : to put in the things.
What to do =
1. Lay on the mattress that's facing the things.
2. Put one thing in between your feet.
3. Put the box behind.
4. Curl yourself up to put the thing inside the box.
5. Do it for several times.
