Hi! Does anybody know what is the visapro number that appears on the forms to fill? Thanks
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 2 ай бұрын
Hello! The "visapro number" you're referring to on the French work visa application forms likely pertains to a specific identification or case number assigned to your visa processing file. This number is used to track your application through the various stages of the visa process. If you are unsure where to find this number or which specific number to use, it would be best to consult directly with the French consulate or embassy from which you are applying, or check their official website. They can provide specific guidance on filling out the application forms correctly and inform you about any particular details regarding the visapro number.

How can i get job in french ,and now i have been in french but i don have work permit
@visalibrary

If you're already in France without a work permit and want to find employment legally, here's what you can do: start by securing a job offer from a French employer. Then, return to your home country and apply for the appropriate work visa at the French consulate or embassy. Gather the necessary documents, submit your application, pay the fees, and attend any required interviews. After your visa is approved, you can return to France and begin your job. Keep in mind that the specific visa type depends on your job and qualifications, and it's essential to check with the French consulate or embassy for the latest information and requirements.

Hi, I found your video very informative. Thank you so much for making this video. However, I have 1 question related to my current situation...I have just got a CDD work contract, I am currently staying in Norway, holding a Residence permit (job seeking permit) of Norway. I wonder if my future employer will still need to request work authorisation from DIRECCTE ? Thanks in advance for your response. :)

To receive the permit, your employer must request work authorization from the DIRECCTE.

It’s easy to get job in France with when you are on tourist visa ?
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 2 ай бұрын
Obtaining a work visa for France typically requires securing a job offer before arriving in the country. Working on a tourist visa is not permitted, and it’s important to follow the legal process for work authorization. If you're interested in working in France, I recommend researching the necessary visa requirements and procedures on the official French government website or consulting with a legal expert in immigration.

Hello , if from Israel, I got only a work contract for 5 Months, hoe should the process begin?
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 10 ай бұрын
To initiate the process for a short-term work contract in France, lasting 5 months as an Israeli citizen, follow these steps: Start by securing a valid work contract from your prospective employer in France. Identify the appropriate visa type for your situation, which may include a Short Stay Visa (Type C) or a Seasonal Worker Visa. Complete the visa application, pay the necessary fees, and compile the required documents, including your passport, proof of accommodation, evidence of financial means, and a copy of your work contract. Ensure you have adequate health insurance coverage. Then, arrange an appointment with the French Embassy or Consulate in Israel, attend the appointment, provide biometrics if necessary, and undergo an interview. After submitting your application, patiently await visa processing. Once approved, carefully review your visa's validity and entry conditions. With a valid visa in hand, you can proceed to France for your 5-month work assignment. Keep in mind that staying informed about any changes in immigration policies and procedures is essential throughout this process.

If i want to change employer after 6-8 months ? I have visa for 1yr Or how to extend visa .. my ENGAGEMENT DE RETOUr is for 12 months , Do im eligible to extend my visa ?
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 2 ай бұрын
If you want to change employers after 6-8 months on a French work visa, you will need to apply for a new work permit with your new employer. Regarding extending your visa, you can apply for an extension before your current visa expires. Since your ENGAGEMENT DE RETOUR is for 12 months, you may be eligible for an extension if you meet the necessary requirements, such as having a valid employment contract and fulfilling other criteria set by French immigration authorities.

@visalibrary
@visalibrary 6 ай бұрын
Obtaining a France work visa involves several steps, and having a work permit (or rather, having an employer who has obtained authorization for you to work in France) is a crucial part of this process. Here's a general guide on how to proceed after securing a work permit: Work Permit: Ensure that your employer has completed their part by applying for and obtaining the work permit on your behalf. For certain categories, like the Talent Passport, the work permit and visa application processes are integrated. Visa Application: Once the work permit is approved, you need to apply for a work visa, which allows you to enter France and take up employment. The type of work visa depends on the nature of your employment and how long you plan to stay. Book an Appointment: Schedule an appointment with the French consulate or embassy in your home country. This can usually be done online via the official consulate or embassy website or through a visa application center if France outsources visa processing in your country. Prepare Your Documents: Collect all required documents for the visa application. This typically includes: A valid passport with at least two blank pages and valid for at least three months beyond the end of your intended stay. Application form for a long-stay visa, fully completed and signed. Recent passport-size photographs. The work permit approval from the French labor authorities (DIRECCTE) or a contract for categories that do not require a separate work permit. Proof of accommodation in France. Health insurance covering the entire duration of your stay. Proof of financial means to support yourself during your stay. Any other documents as specified by the consulate or relevant to your situation, such as qualifications and CV for certain visa types. Attend the Visa Interview: Go to your visa appointment, bringing all your documents with you. During the appointment, you may have an interview where you'll discuss your plans in France, your job, and other details relevant to your stay. Visa Processing: After your appointment, your visa application will be processed. Processing times can vary, so it's advisable to apply well in advance of your planned departure. Collect Your Visa: Once your visa is approved, you'll be notified about the collection. You may need to collect it in person or it might be sent to you, depending on the consulate's procedures. Travel to France: With your visa, you can now travel to France. Within three months of arrival, you might need to register with the French Office of Immigration and Integration (OFII) or at the prefecture, depending on your visa type.

I got work visa contract from French company .so, within how mays days I have to enter france, do I have to enter france within 60days or 90 days
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 11 ай бұрын
The duration within which you must enter France with your work visa can vary based on the specific type of visa and the terms outlined in your visa approval. Generally, long-stay work visas for France are granted for stays longer than 90 days. Based on the information available, here are some key points to consider: If you are employed in France and have obtained a work permit, you typically need to apply for a work visa to enter and work in France. Long-stay visas for work in France are usually valid for a duration of more than 90 days. However, the exact entry requirements and validity periods can differ depending on your individual circumstances, the type of work visa you've been granted, and any conditions specified in your visa approval letter. It's crucial to carefully review the details provided in your visa documentation and consult with the French consulate or embassy where you applied for your visa to confirm the specific entry requirements and validity period for your situation.

@visalibrary
@visalibrary Жыл бұрын
If you have a residence permit from Malta, it is equivalent to a visa for traveling within the Schengen area. However, if you wish to work in France, you must apply for an employment visa. The requirements for this visa are different from those for tourists and may include presenting an invitation letter from an employer, proof of lodging, and a return or round-trip ticket. You can find more information regarding the application process at the France-Visas website [2], which offers a variety of languages and detailed information about visas in France. Additionally, consider that border officials may ask for other supporting documents, such as proof of financial means and a valid passport, depending on the country you visit.

We need a work permit when we get short stay visa
@visalibrary
@visalibrary 7 ай бұрын
No, you do not need a separate work permit if you have a short-stay visa for France. The short-stay visa, typically valid for stays up to 90 days, allows you to engage in certain work-related activities without the need for an additional work permit. However, this depends on the type of activities you intend to undertake and the specific terms of your visa. For longer stays or different types of employment, a long-stay visa and a work permit may be required.

To work in France as a Nepali citizen with a residence card from Hungary, you should apply for a long-stay visa for temporary work (Visa de long séjour travailleur temporaire) at the French consulate in Hungary. This visa allows you to enter and work in France. The application process includes providing the necessary documents, attending an interview at the consulate, and fulfilling OFII formalities upon arrival in France. It's crucial to verify the current visa requirements and follow the consulate's instructions carefully to ensure a smooth transition to working in France.
