I dislike anxiety so so so much. I was doing a bit better, sleeping longer-a big improvement but unfortunately my husband passed away on June 11th. Mourning is so difficult and adding anxiety really hits. So this barking dog needs to just be---whatever he wants to do I will let him be. Great analogy WB, love your videos. ❤️

For me the anxiety makes me afraid to look, i dont know where to look, people say i stare but im trying not to, so no matter where i look i feel like people are looking at me , worse i try to avoid eye contact when walking past people but i dont know where to look and the anxiety i get makes my eyes hurt, im always doing the awkward dance when walking past people because the anxiety makes me feel like im gonna bump into them , i just want my eyes to not be afraid, dont even remember how it feels to live without being so hyper vigilant and anxious around people , if someone is next to me i get super anxious feeling trapped , been 7 years now and im always known as the weird guy, ive still eatin right and i dont do drugs or drink alcohol and i consistently workout , its literally just the anxiety that had ruined my life , ive been working on acceptance and im feeling better but i still cant seem to know where to look in public , any help is appreciated❤

I have a question. How do you differentiate between real problems and imaginary ones? Like health problems, they are not always clear. And how do you treat these in between/uncertain worries and issues? Because they will stress you out if there's a chance the problem might be real.

Hey Wonder bro, I have a question i'm struggling with answering, in the 2 main keys the "living your life" part, I had realized that I don't even know what that means for me anymore. I've been in this cycle for so long and it's the only thing I care about, I find no joy in anything else really other than seeking relief, I don't have any other direction to go that I care about or want, I don't care about hobbies, friends, having a job again or life in a way (i'm not suicidal or anything, I don't mean this in some extreme way). I realized I might be depressed without me knowing it? or have my obsession overrode all these goals I know I should be having but I don't, i'm just obsessed with anxiety and panic as top priority above everything else. Can you relate to this? How do I bring back the interest to live and do normal stuff so I could work on the "living your life" part more and actually mean it and want it, because I never "feel" like it, all I feel is anxiety and the urgency to fix it and control panic instead.

This will sound like a simple answer to such a long question, but believe me, it doesn’t have to be complicated. The answer? Start living even though you don’t feel like it. Feeling follows action, not the other way around. You’ll be waiting a long time to ‘feel like it’ - so just go ahead & jump into life now. 🙏🏻 One step at a time.
