I followed this video, went to my vet as well, tried as much as I could, and my little shelled brother.. My turtle also tried his best to come back to normalcy, but with sad heart, he passed away this evening. 😢😭

My 5-month-old turtle was completely dying(still recovering). I was freaking out. I got a manual tank thermometer. Set it to about 82. I got eye drops and a baby syringe for feeding. I would crush up his pellets and some insects mix it with his water that's from the tank and put it in the syringe. Every time he went to go take a big breath I would squirt some in his mouth. Sometimes I would let him take a breath and then squirt again. But I really think the heat the eye drops and the syringe we're very helpful. I really hope this helps somebody and there turtle Because I know how sad it is watching your turtle die.

You should have mentioned the dosage according to the age/size of the turtles in the video itself or in the description box. Watched it again and again to know the dosage and it was same, 1 tablet one time. Following your video we brought the Novamox 250 and used 1 tablet in a cup of water and now my turtle is lifeless, not responding at all since last night.

I'm treating my turtle exactly as you described for a RI. She is a very large Florida aquatic turtle, and I needed a very large tub to put her in. Would she need a larger dose of mox than you recommend, she's 9 1/2in. Thank you for your response in advance, and getting this information out there!!

Good advice given,we also go to vet but after he inject my turtle she pass away,and her legs was turn black where he inject ,so please carefully select vet or atleast tell them not to give injection rather you asked for oral medication

PLEASE NOTE: DOSAGE IS 10-20 mg/kg ampicillin twice daily Or 20-40 mg/kg once daily Weigh your turtle and your dosage should be 20 mg ampicillin for each 1 kg weight of turtle Dilute two 500 mg tablets in 500 ml of water (so that each 1 ml on syringe equal to 2 mg ampicillin, only fill syringe after stirring), ingest into turtle orally according to specific dosage DONT KILL YOUR TURTLES
