When checking the battery, unplug the battery terminal and observe that there are no signs of burning and no burnt smell. After reconnecting the battery terminal, try to turn it on successfully.

1. The scooter has a charging protection mechanism. Please unplug the charger before use.
2. Please Do Not continue riding when the battery is exhausted, this will damage the battery and cause an E-005 error (battery under-voltage protection fault). The battery enters the protection mode many times. Although the restart is successful, it will also damage the battery, which will shorten the battery life and reduce range.
