It has always been amazing to me that Christian Entrepreneurs or Marketplace Ministers are the only ones that are expected to check our Christianity at the door. We are expected to “tolerate and respect” everyone else’s belief, but people aren’t expected to respect Christian beliefs. Thank you for this! It NEEDED to be said. Not for the unbeliever, but for the Marketplace Ministers. “Invite Jesus into your Business”. Thank you for this!

Girrrrrrl!!! PREACH. I Screenshot your comment and I’m sharing it on my IG stories because it’s soooo good!! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had this conversation with my husband and girlfriends. I totally agree. It’s absolutely crazy that we’re expected to to tolerate everyone’s beliefs but it’s okay to disrespect Christian values as you said. Thank YOU for the insightful perspective. Love this!

This is so refreshing to see a Christian talk about business! The Bible teaches us not to conform to this world and entrepreneurship gives and avenue to transform it. I would love to hear about faith journey as it pertains to money and success. Great points on leadership and current times! Thank you so much for this video🙏

Your faith is one of the reasons I follow you because a lot of people that are successful online entrepreneurs always talking about the law of attraction & "the universe" giving them their success etc. As a believer, it's refreshing to hear successful people talk about Jesus Christ as their source.

Please pray for me. I’m struggling with my faith. I knew when I found Jesus my life wouldn’t be easy because I would have to give up on my sinful life style and follow him. I’m a single mother, my husband passed away three years ago. I miss him dearly it’s been very hard on me raising my sons alone. I’m struggling to make ends meet. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health conditions, lupus and heart disease. I’m having a hard time providing for my two autistic children. I’m so ashamed! I have nowhere to turn no family nor friends. I have been put down laughed at and mocked, over my situation. I’m so embarrassed so please be kind. We are facing homelessness and barely have food but I still have FAITH. God is going to provide abundantly! Praise Jesus! God bless you.

Oh my gosh… I’m so sorry to hear about all your loss! You'll certainly be in my prayers! Stay strong. God has an incredible plan for your life and little ones. I’m so proud of you for standing your ground with so much to lose. That takes a level of courage very few are willing to put forth. So please don’t be ashamed! We want to help. Please reach out to my team at hello@kimberlyannjimenez.com we’d love to encourage you and help you find the resources you need to move forward and come out the other side stronger. 💕

This is great. I don't think people really realize how connected their success in business and life is to tithing, offerings and a relationship with God. When I connected the dots, things turned around greatly. He does say test in me in the tithe and see if I will not open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing you will not have room enough to handle. (Malachi 3:10) (Great job here Kim, and as far as I know, the only difference between 7th Day Adventist and Christians is what day we attend church.

This video made me CRY! Sometimes I force myself to read my word even though I am in LOVE with scripture, today I was like I will exercise and learn from some content and LOOK Jesus STILL speaks to me. I am so grateful for you I’ve went my whole career never making over 20k a year, being an artist, and I am at the point where I want to GROW and I am resonating soo much with what you said at the end about learning first so we can compassionately tell of the truth of GOD! “We need to use judgement”. Not condemnation!

this was soooo encouraging to me!! I'm a believer as well and have been recently learning this very thing in my own walk with God, trusting Him with and letting Him lead EVERY area of my life, including work and business. The timing of seeing this video was so cool for me! I'd love it if you would share more on this topic and even more of the story of your journey with God--I completely understand wanting to keep some things private, but whatever you do feel led to share is a huge encouragement and a blessing!! Thankful for you!

Kim, thank you so much for being transparent and sharing your belief. Honestly, before this video I had no idea that you are a believer in God which is truly a shame. Not as a an insult to you but that we as Christians feel we must check our faith at the door in order to be socially correct. As a believer who is old enough to be your mother I am so proud of you for taking this stand for God. Your topic about the veil being ripped and shedding light on the darkness is so true. I love how you so eloquently explained what is happening in our society today. We need more leaders like you to stand up and share their faith, but also it's our, the followers, responsibility to support and strengthen you when the naysayers come forth. I encourage you to create more content like this. I greatly enjoyed this video and it has definitely been an inspiration to me.

God bless you Kim. May He increase your faith and encourage to speak more on this, I have a strong belief and feeling that many need to hear it more and more. I recently opened my counselling practice and I asked God to help me with marketing, in fact God was clear that I can not hide who I am. I'm also Adventist by the way. I practice as a wellness counsellor and what that means is that I can practice in my faith so part of my services is spiritual growth counselling. Everything I put out I am very clear. Tithe is also extremely important. God is so faithful I have testimonies just on tithing, how God will increase what little you have. God First I say!

I think a video about using social media platforms for good and not bad would be useful. As social media is so toxic. Have you watched the documentary "The Social Dilema"? If not you MUST. Hey! I love your content/videos!! Always inspiring. As a former Adventist, the Sabbath is not the difference between you and Christianity. The doctrine of Investigative Judgment is the difference. The IJ says that when Christ died, your sins were not forgiven but written in books waiting to be investigated when you die. Then forgiven. Christianity believes that when Christ died, if you accept His sacrifice, His death redeems you. You are forgiven. He washes you clean and your sins are scattered… as far as the east and west. Be blessed on this day, today, a celebration of Christ’s resurrection and what He has done for you. Your prophetess, Ellen G White, has taught your church leaders that Jesus did not complete atonement at the cross. I just want you to know my friend that Jesus has completed your atonement for you when He died and sacrificed Himself. He has finished His work for your salvation. The Investigative judgment is a heresy. If you don’t know about the IJ. Please do not study it. Just know that Christ has redeem you by His death at the cross and your sins are forgiven… not written in books.

Hi Vivian, thanks for your comment. I believe you have sweet intentions, but I wanted to remind you that this video is not a discussion of doctrine or the teachings of the SDA church. It's purpose is to encourage all Christians to live and speak their faith boldly at a time when this is dismissed and criticized by the world. Let's stay focused & blessed. 💕

This was a powerful video, and I just want to thank you for creating this content! I do have a question about something. I'm noticing that a lot of Christian business owners are curated with professionals who's product/service is teaching other people how to run a Christian business. I don't really see many skills outside of that. For example, I'm a Spa owner and I truly believe I've been called to this industry, however, I'm trying to find ways to incorporate my faith into my business, because I've been noticing that the industry is really pushing a lot of artificial enhancements and body modifications. I want to get back to the natural, healing way of how the industry started out, but I do struggle with being too preachy, or condemning for women that believe in getting work done. It's just something I've been thinking and heavily praying about, but I would love to hear your thoughts.

Hi Shemika, thank you so much for your kind words of encouragement. 🙏🏻 I think it’s wonderful that you’re taking time to pray and ask The Holy Spirit to guide you in this pursuit. His guidance far supersedes anything I share with you (I’m sure you know this, but I’m clarifying for others who might read your comment and relate). I think it’s incredibly important that God’s people who are called to the marketplace are deeply rooted in their faith, but also skillful & excellent in their craft. We see this depicted in the parable of the talents where God calls the servants who multiplied ‘good and faithful.’ I believe we’re called to be servants in everything we do, and we can’t serve others at the highest level in our businesses without faithfully developing skills in the arena God’s placed us for His glory. In terms of how to share your faith without coming off as being condemning, the mere fact that you’re concerned about this is evidence of your heart’s posture. 🙌🏻❤️🙏🏻 Ask The Holy Spirit to sift your intentions as a first step and model your approach after Jesus’. One example is to start by bringing attention to the values you want to encourage in your practice through your content, services, and educating your clients. How you can share the beauty, importance, and joy of natural healing in a way that’s enticing and fun? When you have competing value systems, instead of calling out women who participate in a specific culturally trendy procedure from the get-go, start thinking of ways you can encourage alternate techniques of healing and call them up to see themselves through new eyes. Develop a culture through content, education, and services that uplift natural beauty and build relationships with your audience and clientele that enable you to bring up concerns about other procedures from the standpoint of general care and compassion for women. There’s a time and place to call out specific erroneous or morally reprehensible practices, but it’s not always the best way to be heard right off the gates. This is still a work in progress in my own business and I have by no means figured it out. It’s VERY challenging to know when to lead with a strong message that challenges culture and when to lead with gentleness. There’s been MANY times I’ve recorded a video and never published it, or was about to publish an IG story and the Spirit said don’t. So for me, it’s been a journey of allowing The Holy Spirit to do some sifting and taking time to think before I just post all my opinions (like all of us, I have many). So I hope this helps! We’re compiling all of your questions for a PT II of this episode since so many subscribers have reached out asking for more practical ideas on how to incorporate faith into business. Stay tuned! 🙏🏻❤️

Hi I am new businesswoman, can you tell me how you tithe? Do you take 10% from net income or any amount you feel like giving at the moment? Do you tithe monthly or yearly? I am still considering how I will tithe because my business is inventory heavy and the key to expand my business is by not taking any profit but to reinvest the profit to more inventory. Thank you.

Hi, Clara! That's a great question. There are a lot of schools of thought on this, so I would say, pray about it and let the Spirit lead you. Chris and I pay ourselves a set income every month from our business' net profit. And that's the income we tithe from. Just like if we were employees, we tithed 10% of our personal income every month. As we grew and God blessed us financially, we started to also contribute 5% to offerings + partner with several ministries and charities whose missions are close to our hearts on special projects that significantly exceed our set 15% tithe. Don't feel pressure to start there, though. We did this over time, as we felt led to. Again, everyone has different thoughts on this, so I'd encourage you to review some of the verses in the Bible about tithing and speak to a pastor or spiritual counselor about what makes sense for your business in its infancy stages. Hope this helps (we'll be sharing more about this topic over on the podcast since it's something we get questions about a lot)! 💕

Unfortunately, you just lost me as a follower. I'm a gay Christian but your church condemns people like me. Kind of disappointed but not surprised. Anyway, have a nice life.

Hi there, I am Christian too, Catholic specifically and yes our faith teaches certain things about sexuality that limit our options in that department. But more importantly Christian beliefs include a command to love all people and seek their well-being in this life and in the next. You are loved, by God and by all real Christians, including, I would assume, the person in this video. None of us have any right nor desire to condemn you. To do so is completely against our religion. The crazy hateful nutballs out there, who say God hates you, are not living as Christians and are clearly influenced by evil. Don’t let them win. If you are willing to receive the love of God he is just waiting for your invitation. Being a Christian isn’t always easy but it is so unbelievably worth it. God has to help us all every step of the way and none of us can say we are better than anyone else. God loves you and so do I and so do all true Christians. May God’s love give you the peace that surpasses all understanding
