Not only does it look like the kit is nice and polished. You all made a great video making it seem like anyone at home could do this. I have a s550 v6 and had my concerns about buying a kit in the future but after watching the video up to 1:25:17 I know this will be my car goal!!

What drivetrain upgrades are required? I plan on getting an aluminum driveshaft and 3.73 gears, but is a new differential, transmission, and rear axle needed or recommended??

1 piece DS is always a good idea but besides that nothing is required. All the diff,t rans, axles are good to go.

Yes we are moving to only sell the tuner kits. We still offer everything that is in a complete kit, it's just not pre boxed with the turbo kit so it's better for our inventory management

so I see on your website that it says that the kit comes with "Custom Mafia Turbo Tune (1 Fuel Choice Only 91/93/E85/etc)" does this mean if I were to get the kit off the website I wouldn't need any additional tuning and basically just need to install and get the tune via email or smt? or would you recommend dyno tuning?

Yes the complete kit includes email tuning for 1 fuel type. So you wouldn't pay more you would just do our normal process for tuning

My S197 manual 3.7 has the check valve off of the brake booster. Have you run into this before? Idk why it would be there for a manual...

Multiple guys have easily ran 12.5s with stock cars and our turbo kit. They all do 120-128 mph so they should be able to run 10s with the right launch

@@automafiaracing I’m trying to figure the exhaust stuff out (this is same person on diff account. The driver header feeds exhaust into turbo, hot side turbo connects to downpipe, and then the passenger header and the driver side down pipe are connected and the waste gate has its own exhaust. I’m very new to turbos and can’t figure out where the exhaust is dumped lol.

Lol. Pass side goes to drivers side. Turbo is om drivers side. Exhaust goes out the turbo and out the down pipe. Wastegate just lets extra exhaust out so the turbo doesnt over boost

Also, in this video at 47.35 min. It shows the blue fitting that goes in the block with a reducer. I didn't receive that in my kit, I do see an aluminum fitting in a ziplock bag that looks like it fits, but I don't see a reducer. I'm assuming the kit I received earlier this year (2023) has been updated thus, no longer requiring a reducer? I just want to be 100% certain.
