My car wouldn’t start if I have the brake collision off so frustrating we bought a battery thinking it was the battery and we were going to have to tow car thank God for this video. There should be some thing from Acura that pops up to let you know your car won’t start it was really frustrating

I just got the rdx and I almost got hit from the back from a Mercedes because my car braked on me while I was changing lanes! I really dislike this auto brake so thank you so much for this video! Also, do you have to turn off the Collision Braking system every time you turned the car on? Like the Brake Hold and the Auto Idle?

Yes..... To all of the above based on what I've read. How intrusive is that amber light at the top right of the dash when this nonsense is disabled?

I'm in the market for this vehicle but all these nannies are really a big turn off. I understand they're needed because many can't actually drive and insist on doing 10 other things while driving. Needing to turn off the auto start/stop, this each time, is a bit much. We'll see how well dealers are willing to deal. Many are claiming tomorrow (6/30) is last day of incentives... Right... new incentives will be out next month or the following, or whenever.

Can we turn off all the technology too much of technology… I think if i just drive the engine be as much mechanical as possible i can use the car for 150k plus miles? Thoughts? I just want the engine/ transmission and fm radio …
