Good job. The keyboard shortcut wasn't working as others have tried to teach until I came across this video. The feature needs to be first activated using the process in this video. Then you can start using the keyboard shortcut. That's what I have learned in this clip. Once again, good job. My machine is 17 so, the interface is a little advanced but following this video helped me to get it.

OMG I could kiss you. Im not I.T. savy at all and looked up other sites who had me updating drivers and I was about to give up and go to the shop for repair. No problem. A quicker way to get to that menu is if you hit the key that looks like a solid diamond shape on your keyboard.👍

I dont have the command center i have the gaming hub which is completely different even though I think I have the same laptop as you but the "command centers" are different and it something called the light studio but it doesn't register its own keyboard in it, what do I do? can I even change it?

Sorry for the late reply. This system updated from The command center to the Gaming Hub. Are you sure your model supports a rgb keyboard because some do not. Try hitting [FN] and [F4]. Does your keyboard light up?

This is a beta version that we have. I believe that once a final version is released this issue will be resolved. I'm unable to use my animation tab as well.

For gaming it excellent. I run Call of Duty Warzone on it with 100% success and that's saying something. My friends and I play along side with each other and every time my games always loads in before my ps4 does. Also the system runs smoothly. As far as the keyboard I have no issues with it what so ever. I can customize my keyboard to my liking and if I want change it three or more times a day I have the option which is a pretty cool feature. (Cons) the windows market is no where in comparison to the apple store or google play. I hope this helps and I hope you can trust this information because they definitely do not pay me to release these videos or review the products they have available. I am a consumer just like you lol.

It’s so weird how they got rid of animations on the newer model I mean that seems like a bit of a downgrade like at least to Have the option would be nice and I don’t see how it’s not possible just through programming
