I wish I had watched this prior to my port engine failing. I did what everyone else does & after a few attempts I got around but I had a near miss & it was hair raising. Great tip to get around with powering up & using the steering wheel👍

Can I summarise by saying that, in such a case where an engine broke down, you should only move your boat towards the side of the remaining engine ? Here, only turn starboard...Is this correct ?

Great bit of advice,I'm having a problem with one of my engines cutting out,always at the wrong time as you say. Will definitely ry this next time,thanks.

@Motor Boat and Yachting But when you go to reverse, will not the prop turn the other way? Do you have a video explaining the effect of the rotation of the propeller?

Would this also work on outboards

It is easier with the Z-Drives or Outboards as you can steer with the drives or engines.
