quite un sello de goma y ponga talco y luego ponga el sello ...realiza el trabajo , quita los sellos y luego lava y lubrica nuevamente!!😎

I’ve been internal and external cylindrically grinding such bearings for over 40 years, much, much more accurate. The way I seal the bearings excludes all contaminants, including coolant, so the bearings remain perfectly clean.

Here's another approach - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jtSDo7uY2ryWe2Q.html (the link is configured to open at 5:20 where actual machining starts). Synopsis (for those who don't speak Russian) - there's a need for a bearing with 36.3 mm inner dia, those were manufactured in USSR, but "no longer are" (thus are not available and worldwide standard is based on inch-denominated bearings, so no such size there), and then there's some machine from that era that needs its bearing to be replaced. Slava, the turner here, decided to actually turn down the outermost "step" of the JAWS of the chuck a little (can be seen at 5:20) so he could grab the inner ring by its outer surface. Now, one may ask WHY to go to such length and risk destroying jaws (he said at the beginning he was bit hesitant to do so since "this is a Polish chuck, and Poles - i.e. the Polish manufacturer, Bison - do a good job of surface/ case hardening) - apparently it has to be a precise job, and this method, while significantly more cumbersome, could produce truer turning. Then there are those so called "soft jaws" (replacement jaws), meant do be turned to suit particular size of a turned piece (and used in cases like this one here), which could or could not be used in this very case, and then if the balls separator inside the bearing is plastic (not in this case, it's a riveted metal one - see at 2:05) the bearing can be easily and safely dismantled and then the inner ring can be turned just like any other workpiece. But yes, zip ties (or soft aluminium wire, strips) will do the trick if the precision is not of the utmost importance.

Olá, geralmente os rolamentos cônicos possuem uma sede interna que pode ser removida, então em teoria é mais fácil de manusear no torno....

Ciao, hai ragione... Tutto dipende in realtà dalle esigenze! Ho visto in più occasioni utenti che per allargare un cuscinetto, oppure ridurre una sede, sono andati giù di mola, sperando di non avere vibrazioni in rotazione.... Quindi partendo dalle difficoltà che ho visto in più occasioni e in vari settori, questa soluzione "alla portata di molti" è sicuramente migliore! Certo che disporre di una rettifica sarebbe il top, ma è pur sempre una macchina dedicata ad uso specifico che solo alcune officine hanno... Questo è solo un compromesso per ottenere discreti risultati in modo rapido! ;)

@@newtech5042 montare un fresino elettrico o ad aria fissato al porta utensili controrotante al mandrino del tornio non è che ci vuole un officina specializzata ...così il gioco cuscinetto albero è perfetto

@@filipporossifavilli68 Un accessorio come dici te, va bene se è necessario asportare pochi centesimi, con fortuna un decimo... dopo è necessario controllare bene l'usura dell'abrasivo, perchè inizia a dare degli errori. Anche se nei miei video non faccio vedere l'officina, in realtà ho la rettifica quindi conosco bene i gradi di usura in base ai diametri e durezza materiale. Ti posso dire con certezza che la lavorazione al tornio se ben fatta non comporta alcun problema al cuscinetto, senza contare la rapidita di esecuzione.

@@newtech5042 scusa ma devo dissentire ....prima si tornisce poi quando la misura è a +0.05 si rettifica ....poi di frese in pietra X I fresino ad aria o elettrico c'è ne di tutti i tipi ....da quelle verdi a quelle rosa ...questa modifica la facevo 20 anni fa sulle tz yamaha o sulle rs Honda perché i cuscinetti di "serie" erano introvabili e si partiva da un SNR e si lavoravano ma mai non rettificarli in nessun impiego ....nemmeno se fosse X la motozappa

@@filipporossifavilli68 Beh, alla fine stiamo parlando sempre di centesimi entrambi... 🤣🤣🤣 Dato che ne vedo di ogni, avevo capito in un tuo messaggio precedente che intendevi asportare tutto il materiale solo con la fresetta abrasiva! Ciò che scrivi nell'ultimo messaggio è giusto, una pelatina di rettifica per levare qualche centesimo lo rende un lavoro completo, nei prossimi video cercherò di non trascurare nemmeno questo dettaglio!
