In this video I want to talk about how to unlock Street Fighter Alpha 3 UPPER and Hyper Street Fighter Alpha in Street Fighter Alpha Anthology for the PlayStation 2.

I love Street Fighter Alpha anthology on PS2 most hype now all secret unlocking is Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper and Hyper Street Fighter Alpha also options mode setting sprites colors edits and Extra Options 1&2 here we go that perfect work.

It is a great collection. 100% Agree 👍🏆 Just remember to toggle autosave to on or manually save the game. Otherwise, ( like me ) you will have to unlock all the games again 🤣 Thank you for commenting and watching the video. I really appreciate it 👍😁

Don't miss out for Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold on Cammy press start twice be bold it and Hold R1 Hold select then press X color sprite edits mode on Display Adjust now that done we hope like it keep up code peace.

Alpha Anthology is what the PSP also needed, instead of simply just Alpha 3 with "MAX" slapped on the title. Also, both "Hyper" games (II & Alpha), are as bareboned and incomplete as EX3 & V.

Nice video that popped up in my recommended and straight to the point you got a working formula One thing that could be cool is adding background music from the games you’re talking about other than that keep up the good work

In the JPN versión (known as SF Zero Fighters Generations) it has 2 more unlockables, which are USA SF Alpha 2 (unlocked by beating the vanilla JPN SF Zero 2) and Alpha 2 Gold (unlocked by completing Zero 2 Alpha) and yes, Alpha 3 upper and Hyper SFA are unlocked in the same way, just HSFA is a little bit more time consuming, however is you're good enough, you can use the fight Shin Akuma code on all versions of Alpha 2 and defeating him WILL count as game completed, same for the Gem Fighter hidden survival mode (but that takes longer than a standard arcade run, and is much harder than just defeating Shin Akuma in a 1 round match in Alpha 2 with the code to fight him), also in Alpha 1 you can do the same, use the cheat to make Akuma your 1st opponent and if you defeat him, Alpha 1 is considered completed (in Alpha 1 you CANNOT play as Akuma for that cheat to work), I'm not sure about Alpha 3 if the game counts as clear if you use the "Final Battle mode" cheat code to go straight to Bison (or in the case of Evil Ryu to Shin Akuma in Upper).

I didn't know that the JPN version of this game had more unlockables 🏆🥇. I would prefer if companies added all the unlockables to all regional versions of the game. Example: Sonic Gems Collection (PS2) in the PAL region does not include Streets of Rage 1,2 or 3 😔 I hope you enjoyed the video 👍😄

"Hyper Street Fighter Alpha" needs an update add Ingrid and sf3 characters and have arcade mode it's my favorite version of Street Fighter and its stuck on PS2 with no single player

I agree 👍😃🏆 I have never played the single player to Hyper SFA. I have only played the game on this collection. It would be nice to have Hyper SFA updated. Hopefully, we can get a version of this collection on the Nintendo Switch, PS4 etc... With some updates to the games and an updated menu too. Thanks for commenting and watching the video 👍😁

It made no sense putting those four exclusive street fighters into *Alpha 3.* Because it caused plot holes and continuity errors (especially by Yun); a better game for Eagle, Ingrid and Maki Genryusai to appear in is *3rd Strike* (only in the PlayStation and XBOX ports).

@@QuesterMage Do what I do. go to options (of any game and change the 2nd player to COM to play against the CPU. and you can set the difficulty. Unfortunately its no real arcade for Hyper Street Fighter Alpha but I do like fighting my choice of the different fighters. Especially the Vs series ones.

After finishing the game, the "secret game 1" screen does not appear. Moreover I have finished this several times, why is this happening and how can I show this screen?

That is weird 🤔 A similar thing happened to me with unlocking the second game. But I hadn't finished Gem Fighter 🤣 I am assuming you mean Street Fight Alpher 3 Upper. Make sure you beat or at least get to the boss fight in Street Fighter Alpha 3 ( not SFA or SFA2 ) and the message should appear... If it has not, maybe you have already unlocked it? Check by starting SFA3 with the button combination I mention in the video. Also, check to see if you have autosave on. If that doesn't work try to beat the other games by playing matches with one round and see if it unlocks the second secret game. I hope this helps 😄 Weird that the message didn't show up after finishing the game several times... 😓 Thanks for watching the video and commenting too 👍😁

@@QuesterMage Do I need to hover over Street Fighter Alpha 3 on the login screen and do a certain command for it to open the upper version? I finished sfa, sfa2, sfa2 gold, and also completed sfa3 without defeat with 3 characters. hidden settings etc. I went in and made the customize stars, although it's a little different since my version is different, but I can't open it directly. Frankly, even though I don't understand much, I try it all the time.

You hover over Street Fighter Alpha 3 in the game select menu, hold select and press a button to access SFA3 Upper. Sorry that I cannot be more help 😓 as this did work for me. Worth mentioning that I own the PAL PS2 physical disc version of the game so it might be different if you have the game in a different region/version/platform. If different maybe check online for unlockables for your version 👍😁

Good question 👍😃 I guess it would depend on if you have an interest in playing the unlockable versions or want to complete the collection 🤔. I had never played SFA3 Upper for example. As I really like playing Street Fighter, I enjoyed unlocking the games and playing them as that means I play more Street Fighter 🤣 It takes roughly an hour and a bit to unlock everything if you change the settings. You want Upper because it has all the console characters with all the Sega Saturn animations and probably a lil bit more.
