Another good trick is to cycle the power button to discharge the capacitors

Put a flathead screwdriver between the opening of the plug and motherboard and twist

i have a 24 pin with colored cables, it looks ugly can i cover it with black electrical tape ?

yeah you can there will be no issue. why not just buy some extension cable sleeves?

I recently ordered a 4060 my pc currently has a 1050 need no pins and doesn’t have PCI-E adapters my 4060 is here and i have no clue how to connect it to my psu(powerSupply) bcs i don’t know where to find a 10 pin connecter or a 8 or 6 pin someone help i have a 650watt psu

if your psu doesn't have those pins for the gpu then that means it does not support it. you need to buy a compatible psu for that new gpu. Check the related link near the video's title for more info

So recently i built my first PC from my hard earned money so i can do my work faster and i forgot about cable management, i tried few times to unplug the 24 plug wire but it feels like it's glued with the motherboard, it's been a month, my PC is working really well, gta is the only game i tried so far as i have too much work to do, everything is cool, no problem anywhere but still cable management is really bad, i will have to upgrade to a more powerful PSU in near future for productivity task, any suggestions on what i can do?

trust me you will not be able to break the motherboard nor the psu 24 cable by just removing it, you need to intentionally break it to break those components. Anyway, wiggling it from left to right while pulling it will remove that, make sure it is unlock. if you can't still then just bring it to a local shop where you are going to buy a new psu and let them install it for you

@@MacCoyzkie okay that gives me some hope that my PSU and motherboard is not married for eternity 😂😂, what about the USB 3.0 cable? Same problem with that as well.

So, my fix was to just jam it a little harder in, i was just scared of braking the motherboard 😂. (Maybe put some support in between motherboard and case, like foam or something and you should be fine!)@@achiigaming01
