You are such a great teacher! I’m new to machine embroidery and I don’t even have Embrilliance yet but I’m learning other things from you. I got confused and thought you were behind Designs by Juju. I went to that website because I love you and wanted to patronize your products. I’m disappointed it is not you but not disappointed I went to that website. I got the best darn deals that I have found yet! I will always look there first. I have this software that came with my machine made by Brother and am trying to figure out how to use it. It’s called Stitch Express. Have you ever tried that? Thank You for everything! 💕

Hi Do I need to purchase embrilliance software as well because to get a serial number, because my size black button do not work. I was trying to make a monogram for a towel but the sizes seem very small. Is there a size that is common for hand towel and bath towel? Can you make the monogram in a diagonal to fit in the hoop. I keep getting outside the hoop? Sorry for all the questions.

Fonts are digitized by a certain size and can't really be resized very well. So for a towel monogram, you'd want a 3 or 4 inch font.

Why wouldn’t u want to click ok in the box but u said to go to the link?

Sometimes if you only click "OK" that is just an acknowledgement to the software that you're aware an update needs to be made and you'll do it on your own time. Clicking on the link takes you directly to the website to do the update immediately.

If u told it not to update how do u get it to come back for good?

In the top menu go to Help and click check for updates. Then follow the prompts.

What changes to the computer does it make?

It doesn't change the computer at all. You can google Embrilliance Platform Updates and you'll find all the changes to the software for each release.

You would go to the upper menu and click "Help" and then "Check for Updates". Then follow the prompts to complete the update.
