Hello My newly purchased Rattler 256x 384 device There is no battery inside and when I connect it to the computer with the hotspot off cable, the screen breaks and it turns off in 5 seconds. It doesn't find a connection on wi. I turned it on and off many times and tried it on other phones. please help with this

I CAN downlaod the files onto my laptop, BUT, my computer doesnt five me a Windows 95 style "my computer", it only sais "USB DRIVE" AND DCIM (FULL of photos).... Impossible to DROP to root directory!!! And your phone number doesnt work!

I managed to extract the files into the thermal (i think) restart... NOTHING..... SO ???? LETS try your app.... ALl i want to do is adjust my sight in!!!!

My scope is disconnecting while it’s plugged in to my computer after like 5 seconds what could be the issue?

@@AGMusa there was actually a piece of lint or something in the cable port on my scope I cleaned it out and it stays connected perfectly fine now

Oh, so I UNZIP it before droppibg it into a filder i cant open!!! (Sadly, my laptop doesnt recognize your ZIP file, to unzip). -- sure hope the app works better. So far your system REALLY REALLY SUCKS.

@agmusa After installing the lasted version (V5.5.53_230113) on my Rattler TS25-384, I lost the Hotspot capability, therefore I am no longer able to connect to the T-Vision app to view the screen on my phone. Is this supposed to happen? Edit: Forgot to mention that I’ve tried to go back and install previous firmwares to try and get back the ability to switch the “Network” setting from “Close” to “HotSpot”, but after multiple attempts I am unable to get the previous firmwares to install. After it finishes “updating” I go to the firmware setting and it shows that it’s still on the latest firmware noted above.

Hello! You cannot downgrade the device. Please do Restore in the Menu, you will be able to activate the Hotspot after that. Email support@agmglobalvision.com if any further questions.
