Sorry for the likely silly question, but does this damage the leds and speakers? just got one for my son, and am thinking about upping to a 12v already.

What result would you get using an old style 6v car battery? (80ah)

advice on upgrade 3-FM-4 (6V4AH/20HR)? it takes two of them, will one "bigger" battery do the trick?
@andy16753 жыл бұрын
Also what is the battery non-splill because it's for kids and the fuse so it won't damage the whole thing in case the project backfires? Idk I dont think this is how you do this conversion.

Haha didn't realise they had such a tiny motor. Have resisted getting my kids one just yet but I got loads of old motors kicking around from my RC days which I could harness!

Going to try upgrading my nephew’s 6v bumper car to a 12v. Now that he’s bigger. Hoping it works just as great thank you for the video!

Do you have to do any conversion before you set the 12v battery ?
@jonmichael023024 жыл бұрын
You did this upgrade without an added fuse? Catch on fire yet?

Where did you get the battery from and does it charge just like the original one

Do you think you can do this for a 12v to 24v?? Or would you need to upgrade the motor?

Is the charger same ?
@alfiewarren9744 жыл бұрын
Can you use the charger as normal and plug it straight Into the mains the same as before ?

2 hours run time is tremendous. My 6 volt dies after 15-20 minutes.

this wont work for me though... have motor... yes... may take more voltage... yes.... but all the LED lights and speakers and other electronics including the remote control receiver... all those a balanced for 6volts.... 12 volts will kill them all

Sooo did I miss the part where you have to change the gearbox from 6v to 12v because wouldn't a 12v battery burnout the 6v gearbox??

Fact bro

This happened to me thought it would be a good idea to use an 18v battery on a 6v motor. The motor lasted about 5 minutes then started smoking and ceased to exist after that

Hi there, I have a Mercedes GL450 electric car for my son but it doesn't seem to have a receiver for a parental control. He's too young to drive it himself so I need the control for it but I'm not sure how to connect the receiver to the battery or if that's even possible??
@esmeraldagomez25983 жыл бұрын
The battery is a 6V. The wider thinner type...
