Thank you for the time and effort you put into making this video. I followed your steps and dropped in the cloned SSD drive. Mucho faster now. Going to dig up a 4 gig ram for it for next project.

Me gusto porque ya habia cambiado la pila de BIOS, pero destapar la parte posterior para sustraraer o cambiar la ram no lo habia descubierto. Me quedo como anillo al dedo.

It can handle 4gb ram? I thought max ram of aspire one is 2gb only

Why when i install 4GB PC3 10600 it become blank screen ( power on but lcd not respon )..

@@micah_puyo Yes. Only 3gb will be usable with 32bit windows 7. I believe 64bit windows 10 makes the whole 4gb usable tho.

No need of opening the front panel!!!! Open the back panel and change the ram

On most netbooks you can easily add RAM to the back. But on this one THE SCREWS to release the back are under the keyboard.

Very Good tutorial but I strongly recommend to use 2GB and not 4GB..

@@symbianusers7356 I'm no RAM expery but from what it sounds like, the maximum amount that official sources say it can be upgraded to is 2GB. 4, since it doesn't seem to technically be supported, could potentially cause problems
