It’s like a top loaded shank so you get the comfort but it will feel dulled for sure, but you add tons of bounce and it’s Way more supportive too. A top loaded shank on full zoom has been done by Nike just not a full length plate like a Victory insole of course. Air Jordan 11 is closest I’ve played on, but that’s a fork plate over a full length air unit

Not really as there insoles aren't as stiff as carbon fiber

Yes, they would. If you're under around 210-220 lbs, the Move Pro is going to be fine for you.
