Nice result! If you want to make your life easier next project, you actually don’t need a split mold (2pc). If you take one half of the mold and pull a vacuum on it, the pressure from the atmosphere does a really good job forcing the laminate into the shape of the mold.

Hi, awesome video, I’ve been thinking of making my own paddles for my GTI. I had a pretty good idea of the steps but your video made it all more clear. Have you thought of making carbon fiber mirror caps and showing how? I don’t understand how you would go about making the inner clips without injection moulding. I would love to see this as would many other people I think!!

안녕하세요. 랩핑지 생각은 전혀 못 해봤는데 좋은 아이디어 감사합니다. 다음에 적용할 수 있다면 도전해보겠습니다. 인퓨젼은 저는 아직 아마추어이기에 해본 적은 없습니다. 당연히 도전해보고 싶은 작업이지만... 인퓨젼 작업을 한다는게 더 이상은 DIY가 아닌 것 같다는 생각이 들어서 미루고 있는 상황입니다. 이해해 주시기 바랍니다.^^

안녕하세요. 거의 10년 만에 PCB 디자인을 해보았습니다. 정말 간단한 저항회로였지만 어색하더군요ㅎㅎ 10여년 전에 MCU에 빠져서 매일 같이 회로 설계하고 코딩했던 추억이 떠오르는 작업이었습니다.

Amazing work! As a complete novice, please excuse me if this is a dumb question. Did you have to get the custom pcbs, or could you have just wired up the circuits by hand with standalone resistors and wire?

Hi friend. I made a PCB because I wanted to do better quality work. But, If you do not have a PCB, you can use it by soldering a resistor with a wire.

Hi great video, I have a question. The bottom tray file from your link has no paddles inside the tray part. They are seperate? In your video they look like they are connected to the bottom tray? Is the file wrong or do you just place them on the tray?

I have a bunch of "+" and "-" transfer decals that are made to be exactly like the ones originally on BMW shifters (font and style). Let me know if you want me to send you some (free). They are much easier to orient, and with a little clear coat on top, will look more factory

Hello, friend. The carbon fiber paddles I made are for Ascher racing shifters. And that's the angle and size optimized for BMW vehicles.

見た目はカーボン使ってる方がイイんですが、ウェットカーボンで行くならコスト考えるならFRPで良くないですか？最後焼き入れしてドライカーボンにするのかと思ってたので少し残念でした。部品としてはカッコイイですね！私も作りたいと思いました。

Hi friend In my opinion, the E92 M3 will use the same circuit. I've noticed somewhere that the resistance values of LCI and previous vehicles are slightly different. Try searching.
