If you’re making an item for yourself you do not need premium but to sale for other then you do need it

So.... I am REALLY confused with this whole thing. I want to join Roblox ONLY to be a content creator. (I am skilled in 3D mesh already, no worries here.) But I'd be coming in fresh from a different 3D game. I am looking to restart on Roblox for several personal reasons. I do plan on playing some games and such first to learn more BUT! To upload, you have to have a monthly membership right? And then on top of that it costs even more to upload? So are we looking at like... $10 per upload here? Can you maybe help my brain understand? Thank you so much ;-;

yes you need the 1000/2200 roblox premium and each upload fee is 750, then there are also advance fees to put things onsale published to your profile or group

hello! i have a problem, so when i try to upload my UGC on the last screen it gives me something saying "1 error" and it says my ugc resolution is higher than the supported resolution. im not rlly sure what this means or how to fix it. ty! :D

hii this means either your geometry is more than 4000 triangle or the physical size is out of bounds

I want to ask, if i am a complete beginner, never openned blenders, roblox studio, nothing. Where do i start?? Any tips and advices, and also when u do comms for other people , how do u send the ugc to them??😊

@@salty3704 I know many people start with the donut tutorial so you can search that up, and i w start commissions until you get a base understanding and skill on blender to send models you can send the blend file if you both use the same version or export (usually as an obj)

Thank you for this video! but I have trouble placing the hair on my rig in Roblox Studio. I tried copy and pasting the location like you did in the video but it didn't seem to work. I also tried manually placing the hair but it wouldn't sit properly on the rig. Is there an alternative method besides copy and pasting the location? It's literally the only part I have trouble on :---:

Hey Jolin sorry to bother but, i made a hair yesterday following ur steps and everything went well but after i moved the hair to roblox studio to see and test when i put the texture on it, the texture starts flickering/glitching. Do you know a fix for it or i will have to try remaking it all again?

did you import the model twice? it may be overlapping

its supposed to be super zoomed out but roblox should zoom back in when it uploads to the webstiew

I have a problem...whenever i model hairs on rigs in blender it appears like they fit perfectly on the rig, but when i upload them to roblox studio they never fit correctly. I have no idea what to do about this and I dont know what I'm doing wrong :(

are you using a r6 or r15 rig cuz depending on which u use it might show up higher or lower

you can either scale it down in blender or use the scale tool on roblox studios
