As far as I understand, you do not get paid on Soundcloud unless you have a Pro account. But I do not understand how Soundcloud has the right to hold back streaming revenue until you are "eligible" for monetization. I couldn't find the relevant documentation on their website either.

Refresh the browser, but if it’s not there send them an email. It should pop up that’s one of the main features of there pro plan.
