Sorry to point this out, but we Italians still use toilet paper to wipe our butt. Then, in addition to that, we wash ourselves on the bidet.

@@adamkaktusmusicthat’s why handheld bidets are the way to go. You can just use them even without wiping first. The precise pressure on your butt will clean the whole thing and you will only have to use toilet paper to dry it.

@@tnerbsg8134Because then you have to remove the pieces of poop from the bidet, otherwise the bidet drain risks getting clogged. And that is unhygienic, as well as not being pleasant to do.

@@bodigamesBetter to clean yourself with a towel, otherwise you'll have small pieces of wet toilet paper stuck to the hair of your butt and you will need another bidet to remove it, then more paper, then another bidet and so... _ad infinitum._ 😁

I would like to know how you wash yourself in the uncomfortable shower in case of diseases such as perianal fistula or candida. the water flows of the shower is badly and does not cure for these stuff. the bidet is the best instead. Without the bidet I would have died. I would like to interview those who, like me, have had problems with perianal fistula or candida on the glans...

Sorry but this is NOT the correct and hygienic way to use a bidet. This is the way to go: #1 FIRST wipe your bottom thoroughly with toilet paper as you normally do #2 AFTER, if you want, wash your bottom using the bidet #3 then use a (personal) TOWEL to dry the butt, NOT toilet paper or you'll make a mess! 😂

Does the European and Japanese bidet feel different?

@@user-ni1dm2oc5v yep, very different. The European one feels nicer and cleaner. It's water and soap and it's not just a squirt directed to your ass but a nice water flow. You clean yourself with water and soap thoroughly and then dry yourself nicely
