I adore your cakes. You are so talented. I am a hobby baker and when I make BC I always ended up having left overs. I know I can freeze them and use later, but I don't make cake regularly. So please let us know how much BC needed for 3 layer 7 or 8 inch cake 👍💐💐

When you use the cake comb do you have problems with air bubbles? When I use a cake cone on smooth brother cream there’s a ton of air bubbles underneath
