Thanks for the video instructions. Can a patient use unmechanised excercises? would it work adjusting the foot pad with the knee draped over a slight elevation, like 30 degrees, so you would be sure it was in the right place where the knee bends naturally? Can a person set this up without assistance? Thanks again.
