Thank you for pointing out that the gmt hand should be measured using the 24 hour bezel or inner ring part. Many other sources never mentioned that and even though it may be obvious for some, a noob like me got confused and initially set the gmt hand using the 12 hour markers instead of the 24 hour.

There are multiple ways to use a GMT watch. It all depends what you want the objective is. If you’re in the Military or aviation, you set the GMT hand to UTC and the hour & minute hands to your local time and the bezel to your destination time. All radio messages and weather reports are stamped with UTC time at the time of their broadcast so this way you know by looking at your watch how current it is. If you work far from home in an area that’s perpetual daylight or darkness you set the GMT hand so you know if it’s day or night and the bezel to your home time.

Many watch complications and features have become be useless to some people, especially with the rise of smart phones, yet, they increase the value of a watch and are still interesting to some enthusiasts.

Technically you could use the inner scale to measure three timezones at the same time without rotating the bezel.

@@hozswatchreviewsok, least say I leave in X that the time now is 2:00pm so the hour is on 2 and the minute is on 0. Now I want to know what time is it in a place Y.. let’s say I know it’s 8:00pm, where does it going to show 8:00pm in the watch ?

You made a mistake that killed the entire point of your video. The watch is NOT displaying three time zones. Once you moved the bezel, the watch continued to only display TWO times. The only way to have three time zones displayed on a GMT is to have the normal hour hand set to your home time and the GMT hand pointed to another zone - BUT - by reading the time from the indices on the dial and NOT the bezel. In your example, you have 5:20 as local time, 7:20 (on the dial) that the GMT hand is pointing to the third time, which is read on the bezel. In your original example, the time in Greenwich, UK. I think you confused yourself.

Bro, i don’t know how you watched the video, but this watch can be used to tell 3 different time zones. You can use this feature in whatever way or method that interests you. It doesn’t matter. It all depends on how would you like to use the feature. For example instead of the conventional standard way, you can set the original hour hand according to your 3rd time or 2nd time zone. It doesn’t matter. The method I have described works and is a standard method. Thank you.
