@@AntonyUKR I'm planning to do the same. I'm new to this and in relative decent physical shape - some body weight and dumbbell stuff.. I figure 8kg should work, even if I have to grasp it in the middle at first and then work my way down along the handle. I'm 1,92, 91kg Have you bought yours yet?

I love your videos. Very helpful after I tripped over a deal on a 20 lb mace bell. 20 lb was a lot for me, I'm quite small and 45 years old, but I've managed to get it going without injury thanks to your clear instruction. LET'S FUCKING GO!

Great content and super helpful! As someone with several surgeries and major injuries the conventional gym workouts are just simply not the best or safest ideas as it puts too much isolated stress on injured areas. I first saw your channel and was instantly hooked. Mace bells have improved my range of motion, as well as helped strengthen injured joints. Literally life changing. Thank you for your awesome channel!

Just got my first macebell (15lbs). I'm a bigger guy who spent a lot of time working out when I was younger. As a new dad I haven't been in the gym in way too long. As I get older I find myself wanting to focus on more functional movements and longevity. I love the feeling I get from this exercise. 15lbs is a lot more than I expected initially so I have a 10lb on the way to ease myself in and warmup. This thing is kicking my ass, I love it!
