Can I ship action figures just with bubble wrap and poly mailer instead of bubble wrap and box?

I will recommend use box with bubble wrap for fragile stuffs. Carriers will throw around the package and your package can be hit or pressed under multiple packages. Hope this can help you.

Haha. I don’t sell bubble wrap. But if so it will be covered or boxed because no one want a dirty or broken bubble wrap.

You don't realize how many people shipping CDs never, ever, saw a video like this and then they wonder why you come back at them later and tell them your stuff arrived with broken cases. For most items, you can have bubbles face inside to cushion your items unless the items have sharp edges.

Do bubble wrap envelops/packaging protect against UV sunlight?

UV sunlight has good penetration through plastic. Dark cloth or tin foil is much better for blocking it.
