Eu assisti vários vídeos sobre o assunto e nunca entendia nada, até que assisti seu vídeo e como se uma luz tivesse sido ligada na minha cabeça e eu consegui ver tudo com mais clareza. Emma uses a special and very important way of talking, which is rarely used. She creates pauses, between sentences, sometimes even between words. It feels good for us because during those short pauses our brains can process more data inside itself about what she said. It feels more relaxing for the listener. Jiddu Krishnamuti mentions and explains the importance of those pauses, to be better understood, in a book called "The mystery of comprehension".

Hi Ema I have been studying this video, and I found around time 8:16 that the script says: 'so when we are uncertain and unsure about the present and the future we use de modal verb COULD, MIGHT and MAY'. I think It would be easier to understand conceptually, if just emphasis that the prediction is made in the present, but it will happen in the future. So, I suggest just this modification in the script: 'so when we are uncertain and unsure DURING THE PRESENT WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN FUTURE we use de modal verb COULD, MIGHT and MAY. I write down this since through my process of learning English I have realised that it is vital to synchronise my thought with the English structure to make a good picture in other's mind, and I have found in your class a great place to get better speaking fluency. If I have mistaken in my appreciation, I will be glad to listen to you Best regard Juan Vasquez
