You guys should ship to the uk, long term floods are a big issue in the midlands here, and very often, it's just impossible to protect against an imposing flood. Like you will fully know it 2 days that the river will breach its banks, but there is just nothing you can do. So this product would be perfect.

Can i use this to seal my garage and just leave it on? My garage flooded and it went into the seems and caused damaged. My plummer suggested i use water seal tape to protect it from any future water damage.

When using the flood seal for single doors does the 2 to 6 hour time frame mean that you must leave the door shut for that period of time?

You must leave the door closed for the duration of the flood. Opening it will breach the seal.

You’re not supposed to use it to seal yourself in. They even tell you that before you have the last areas sealed, you need to have everyone and any essentials removed from the house.

I’d get some flood bags, and tape. Put bags outside layer two high, tape the exterior, tape the interior, and sand bag the other interior side of the garage door.

This Product is amazing and all, but one person who is sealing the outside is gonna have to take one for the team and stay outside, he wont be able to get inside, and if the flood gets him your stuck in the house

Once your final entry point is sealed, you will not be able to re-enter without breaking the Flood Protection seal. In addition, always follow your State and Local weather advisories and evacuation orders. I always wonder if it makes sense to use it in the US as protection as American houses are made of cardboard and wood, if a major flood comes, maybe the doors and windows will last but the walls won't xD
