Two things (from someone who has studied Biology): 1. Never apply too much pressure on the throat area bcs you have hormonal gland- thyroid just there & its a highly sensitive area! 2. For Lymphatic drainage glide the gua sha downwards not upwards the neck! The lymph nodes are near the armpits so we need to drain the fluid towards the armpit!
