Yes it's doable. It's about cutting and reconnecting. When you take a gear retarder cuts, and connects just after the gear has been taken ( just a second)

No you don't. You keep on pressing accelerator. Built in clutch will automatically release itself and take gears while accelerator is pressed down. I hope you get it.

My brother please do reply me on this ….since u are using retarder there is no problem if the gauge passes 15 on the rev counter …..if it passes 15 is it not considered as over reves and it doesn’t use too much deasel please make us understand at the issue of retarder …..please do reply

Acceleration uses diesel. Braking doesn't use diesel. If it passes 15 while accelerating then you using too much diesel but when braking you can let it go over 15
