Hi, We are using 2 mail IDs in outlook, one is common group mail and second is our personal email. When we send any email from group mail ID then it shows that "Yogesh Pagare replied on behalf of Helpdesk". My question is... if we are using mail merger to send any email to different users then can we change the sender mail id...? The mail merger also to be reflect as "Yogesh Pagare replied on behalf of Helpdesk".

Hi when I click on merge email and start sending i get a pop up saying a service is trying to send mail on your behalf. I guess its some security feature how can I turn it off ? Because right now i do can send the mail but i have to click on allow for every single email.

Mail merge only allows one email address. However, you can set up an Outlook rule to cc your senior on all outgoing emails, then run the mail merge, and after the last email is sent delete the Outlook rule until the next time you need to do a mail merge.

Without outlook how will you send email spreadsheet and words only able to send separate email without composing email again and again however your email is sent from your Outlook... If you have an account in your Outlook that will be the email sender however this will end up landing in the spam folder...
