How do you e get the obs mic filters to work in tiktok studios? My mic sounds amazing in OBS, but when I go live on tiktok, the tiktok studios mic overrides the obs. Any help would be amazing!

I don't see any reason why the audio would be worse in LS because of the virtual cam. Sadly I suspect it is just poorly optimised.

Had the same. The reason was, that the virtual camera from OBS sends the microphone signal to TIKTOK Studio too. So i had like two mic inputs in the tiktok stream. Sounded robotic. I fixed it by clicking on the mic Icon at TikTok Live and muted me in TTLive. Because of the OBS Virt. Cam is sending Mic Sound, the TikTok Viewers can hear me anyway and normal.

Question 🙋🏻‍♂️ about using OBS instead of using game capture on live studios. Is the quality better if I use OBS? I see a lot of people go live and the quality looks just as bad if they had there phones recording the game from a TV lol then I see some lives where the quality looks amazing 🤩. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to control the individual audio sources that come out from the speakers (e.g. Music, Game sound etc..) but control it in OBS? From my experience, i can mute all audio on OBS but sound will still come out on TikTok Live. is there a better way for this.

Sounds like the LS camera settings are messed up. Right click the camera source and choose settings and play around. Better though, get a stream key so you dont need OBS toktutorials.com/stream-key

Any ideas for the recent issues with Aitum virtual camera? My aitum virtual camera will not show up in tik tok live. I keep getting my normal virtual camera so its huge. My aitum virtual camera worked fine transferring to tik tok...not anymore.

Make sure you download the latest version of Aitum Vertical from their website. It does not auto update. Go into the Aitum Vertical settings and check with VC you are sending. You can now send different ones.

"Start virtual camera" on OBS and whatever the Start button says on LS. If you're also streaming on Twitch/YT then also click "Start streaming" on OBS.

So I use TTLS to stream, but I game capture with obs for KZfaq content. My mic has horrible background noise, but obs has awesome filters to eradicate them. Is there a way to ensure my audio goes through obs before going to the tiktok live stream or is that just not possible.

Not possible for audio. However, LIVE Studio does have a noise cancel filter or alternatively you can look up Nvidia Broadcast which has excellent noise suppression. You would just add "nvidia broadcast" as your mic to LIVE Studilo. 20+ series gfx card needed tho

hello! i have a problem where my livestream on tiktok is low fps and stuttery but the game is running in 60 fps. The setting on tiktok live studio is also set to 60fps. I don't know why this is happening.. I am playing the game butter smooth but when i check my livestream on tiktok, the stream plays like it is 20 fps.

1k followers is the requirement to stream from your phone cameras. It does not mean you get access to every method of streaming. The "requirement" to get a stream key is you have to be in an agency and ask them for one. I've made a list of agencies here: www.toktutorials.com/list-of-agencies The requirements for LIVE Studio vary and are usually 1k, 3k or 10k based on whether TikTok thinks you're a gaming account.

close and reopen LIVE Studio. If it still doesn't work restart your computer. The key is to make sure OBS is always opened first and that the virtual cam is turned on before you open LS.

That probably means your camera doesn't support 60 FPS. Not all webcams do. If you think that's wrong then try downloading the software provided by your camera manufacturer and set up the camera in their app.

There are no set requirements to get a stream key. They are issued via agencies. If you can't join an agency then check to see if you have access to TikTok LIVE Studio which lets you stream from a Windows PC. Agencies are country based. Virtual Cam won't be listed in TikTok Live Studio, but it's visible in Discord. Seems to be that's another stupid "only supported in US"-bullshit from TikTok like the streamkey "feature" which be only rolled out to special people --_--

I agree it is silly that TikTok doesn't explain themselves. The Virtual Cam however, should be showing for anybody with LIVE Studio. So if its not showing it is a bug rather than a deliberate action by TikTok.
