First time i tried to use the Latte it was almost like whip cream only on the top then i saw a demonstration done on the Today Show. You have to push the button real hard and it worked perfectly.

Omg yesss duhhh I was pissed because if you stir it defeats the purpose so I was just making do w it all on top I have no clue why I never thought of this
