I think the big Garant tank is meant to just sit next to the field and you use the smaller tanker to ferry the slurry to it. The reason it has wheels is to move it between fields.

I was playing with this and I learnt a few things. Each pump has a capacity in metres of hose. If you use longer hose than the rated capacity of the pump, you need to use the buffer tank on the spreading tractor. Also, with the compressor attached to the pumping tractor, it tells you how clogged your hose is.

a compressor is not necessary what its used for is when you finish the job you can blow out the hose, or else you are gonna make a mess, when you reel back up the hose, its not always we use a compressor it depends, if we have to open up the hose some where thats not the field, such as on a field road, or by the side of the road we use the compressor before we open the hose to empty it so that no manure is spilled, but if its only on the field its not necessary the reel will push out the remaining manure in the hose on the field. nice film and nice tutorial

Frac tanks are moved empty. then filled on site. ( The Green Tank ) A huge Dairy Farm by me has enough PTO Pumps and hose to pump slurry 5 Miles or More to fill the tank. Then manure Spreaders draw from the tank to spread on the Fields. Hopefully the wind is in the right direction for a few days. HINT.. Use different color hose so you can find the ends in the Grass when connecting more than one together, LOL That idea came from Farmer Klein LOL. Mike M.

Also I used to pump manure back when I was in college for extra cash. And you had to clean hoses out every time you need to roll em up. We would put a foam plug in hose that was called a pig, and we'd use compressed air to push it through to remove excess manure out of line. And we were usually about 5 miles from liquid manure source. So that's alot of line to clean out!!!!

Does any body know how you can use the in built compressor on the schouton tank/pump. It has the option to add compressor when your buy it but when trying to use it it says “ attach umbilical” even though the pipe is connected and the spreader is connected. Any ideas I’ve tried everything

In reality you do the field diagonally do one side go back to the middle then do the other, where I used to work we never washed hoses out we just undid them all and drove over the pipes pushing all the slurry out, I’m sure some people do wash them out, but in game they want you to wash it so I suppose has to be done, hope that gives people idea how it’s done,

In the pictures, they show the slurry tank with the compressor sitting next to a slurry pit.

I think the only thing wrong with this dlc is not been able to fully hook up your equipment like from your tank to your pump

Anyone having problem with it cause for some reason I attached it to it I'm using only one 300m hose and as soon as I go down the field it takes right of the pump and then drag it down the field with it I have tried with everything dont know what I'm doing wrong 🤔

Really cool stuff but I think these pumps & hoses arent as efficient as just using a spreader.

Anyone else had problems related to hoses popping off suddenly and a message saying the tank is empthy but it is still full when you check it? It kinda ruins the whole dlc for me. Im not running any mods…

This pack seems cheesy, for $18 I want total realism!!! The hose need to connect to source I mean they only had to program a lil more. Whopsters hose connecting in 19 was better and free!!!
