I watched many other KZfaq's and still never knew how to use the one I decided to purchase. I know my daughter's face mask turns itself off at 10 min but those lights are completely different strengths and lay on her skin. I decided to buy a face panel you reviewed with may others on your youtube. I have one injury that is better to use a panel. Otherwise I would have preferred a face mask because I travel a lot and gone 3-5 months a year. Thank you for taking time posting all this great information.

if you have a panel like the bio max where you can adjust the red lights. If you turn on only the near red light and look very close you should be able to just see a slight glow of red to tell if each bulb is on. If the normal red light is on you won't be able to see it over the bright red light.

Hi Alex, I’m mainly interested in using led for beauty: face, neck and hands. I’m confused if leds should sit directly on your skin (like masks) or should you be bathed in the light (like tabletop panels, dermalux Md). And I’m so confused why the more expensive leds like dermalux and cellulama actually requires 30 mins while the mask that has less power is only 10 min.

Why would one 10 minute session be more beneficial compared to two 5 minute ones 12 hours apart? I've been doing the latter for a couple of weeks, every day - no complaints - but I can't tell if this is really good or not. Also, what do you think of a setup with one panel on top of the other and the person stands on a 3 RPM turntable for very even irradiation? I haven't seen it done, just got the idea and I'm thinking about doing it.

My husband and I are over the road truckdrivers. I just purchased the Block Blue Light Mega panel with 300 lights for use in the truck. How durable are these panels and can they handle the long term life of living in a very bumpy environment? We plan to keep the packaging and store it in between uses in the box that it delivers in.

Hey! Very cool. Um I haven't thought about this before!! I actually don't know. I mean they should be ok, but I guess I wouldn't be surprised if there was an issue. Hey alex .. got myself a biomax900 last month.. loving it.. only gripe is I wish it was a tad wider.. two questions…. as far as dosing goes I’m doing 5 minute per section (only upper body) .. this consists of splitting my front in two half’s, my back in 2 half’s, and then both sides directly … equaling out to total time 30 minutes a day, standing about 6-8 inches away.. and for about 3-4 times a week… anything you would switch up or change? Second question… I am not wearing eye protection, there seems to be a lot of debate on if it’s truly necessary or not.. eyes are always closed when I’m working on my front, however I do have the later gen biomax with the few blue lights (which I’m thinking of turning off for when I do my front) just curious what you would do, I know you did mention in previous videos, how you tend to not wear eye protection either. And there are a lot of promising research how beneficial it actually can be on the eyes.. so always curious if I should be wearing eye protection or not lol
@LightTherapyInsiders11 ай бұрын
Yeah the new LightPathLED panel at 15 inches is a great size - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aN-jdcqJpsqYlIk.html Your dosing looks solid. I would stick with this. Eye protection - yeah I turn the blue off when exposing my eyes/face. I'm starting to use the glasses when I do direct face work - just to be safe and because I am using a lot of RLT products!

I am feeling more and more confused about choosing a dull body panel I hsve looked at most of your videos now. and have been following for a year or more. I live in europe, so I was considering goong with the platinum LED biomax 900. For me the use is I need it to tackle fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and C-PTSD., so it is important the wavelengths can pass the brain blood barrier. Is it too much to find a panel that can tackle so many issues? 🤗

Thank you for this excellent information, Alex. I'm in the process of choosing a red light device. Cost is an issue. If I'm looking for systemic benefits (as opposed to spot treatments of inflammation), and the largest good-quality device I can afford is in the neighbourhood of 20x20 cm, will that have any measurable effect ... or should I just keep saving until I can afford something bigger? The problem I found with goggles is 1. They don't block out all the light and 2. They cover the precise areas around my eyes where I want a theraputic dose. Are there super minimal goggles that only cover the eye balls and not surrounding tissue? If not thinking this is a good use case for a mask design rather than a panel.

Hey, it's a good question and it's REALLY hard to answer. Have a look at this for starters - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mt-eiqah1tKWlas.html You want to look at the devices irradiance (measured in mw/cm2). If you check out my kineon review - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Zs6qrNhiybTYlmQ.html - you will see there are a lot of people who have had great results with it, even for shoulder problems.
