I see most people doing leg press laying the seat back. What is the difference between laying the seat back vs what you show in the video?

Hi Kelly, the back support isn’t usually adjustable in most machines. A difference might be the type of machine pin loaded machines like this one are more upright whereas a plate loaded machine is at a 45 degree angle. It all really depends on the model of machine. Hope that helps.

Be sure to no move the glutes off the seat cuz thats what causes the injuries
