Well, the concern with the caffeine solution is that it has a high concentration of it. Therefore, it may become sensitive over time. So, while I think this can be done, I would be cautious when using it for a longer period. I personally think it's not the best option. And thank you very much. And for the retinol create a second evening routine: Clean face. Pat dry. Apply retinol. Wait a few minutes. Optional: Apply moisturizer.

Ok, but if it's caused by hollowness or inherited traits, there isn't much you can do topically other than using concealer. If that's not the case, factors like lack of sleep, stress, dehydration, or your diet (such as being intolerant to something) may also cause this. Therefore, I recommend changing these things as well.

Hey! :) Thanks for sharing your experience! :) Yes, it can feel tight/dry afterwards. If that's the case, I recommend using a hydrating moisturizer or eye cream afterwards. Or add 1-2 drops of the Caffeine Solution to a hydrating eye cream every time you apply it which should reduce that weird feeling.

I haven't tried the product for puffy eyes, so I am not sure if this works. It may be best to use a different eye cream or moisturizer on top since it can be pretty drying. Or go with the Hylamide SubqEyes. I have to say that I do not suffer from those conditions so you may be better off to look for another channel or reviews online ;)

Hello Ariel 😀When I was starting with the videos, I also thought that Retinoids could cause sun sensitivity, but in fact, it's the opposite; they help protect against UV rays. 😉 And yes, mainly when you use a higher % like your mom is doing. I would start with the 0,2% and apply it 3-4 times a week and slowly increase the frequency and the strength. If it's too strong, you can use a moisturizer underneath so that it takes longer for the skin to absorb it. From my experience, the new formulations from the Ordinary (Granatice Retinoids in Squalane) are very mild. They will give you the same effect; there is no need to apply the "Retinol" anymore. Retinoid is not an exfoliant. And yes, you can use them in the same routine. Generally speaking, it's recommended to apply sunscreen when exposed to the sun, but this has nothing to do with the retinoid.
