To transform data structure using the Pivot Block:
Step 1. Drag and drop the Pivot Block from the Block Library onto the Main Canvas
Step 2. Connect input data.
Step 3. Configure Pivot settings: specify where column labels should come from, and which column contains the values, then select a summary method, and pick other columns that should remain in the data set. Analytics Canvas pivots the data.
Note: The other option is to configure Transpose settings: pick columns to transpose, and Canvas adds transposed columns.
Click on the output stub of the Pivot Block and use Data Viewer to view the results.
