Does this mean the current iXpand flash app doesn’t work with the USB-C connector as with the lightning connector?

Hey, so I’m connecting mines and I select my photos but when it’s time to save to files “untitled” nor “Sandisk” is shown on mines so what does that mean??

Yes I’m doing the same exact steps 1) plugging drive into my 15 Plus 2) selecting photos 3) clicking on share option 4) selecting share file option It’s when I get to the next step (5. Select “untitled”) that untitled doesn’t pop up for me at all! But when I connect it to my friend 15 Pro Max and do the same steps “untitled” pops up on his phone and allows him to finish all the way through…??

@@OneStopGuy Better yet, I just returned the Sandisk to Amazon and bought one that does USB-C and USB and has an app to make it easier to navigate. Thanks.
