My name is there @Lucioeltano but I still just seem not being able to figure out the app. I tried even to do a trending challenge and to use the hashtags but that one did not work really well as it seems. I think I´m gonna start a new account just in english language and nothing more and keep focusing on producing high quality videos and so on.

Yes this is wonderful stuff, been trying to help a client find their footing on the platform with moderate success (using old Instagram methods for most part), but I had no clue about keeping hashtags simple, or that the music side of things really matters that much. Come away with some great notes for my next meeting with them that I have a good feeling is going to help them find the right audience for their content finally. Getting out there, but seems to be a disconnect with value/entertainment it provides for users viewing it right now (ie decent views, but low engagement and following) it is confident pivot time now though! haha

We don't have one yet, but we do know that you'll need to be a Business Account. Once that is complete, you will be able to see the TikTok Shopping Tag on your page. This is where your products where be displayed. Thanks for the great video - I want to start a tik tok account to get exposure for myself to help in my sales career get more job offers...get clients I could coach...., should I open a creator account to have the ability to use all sounds so I have the best chance of going viral and then transition to business account once I get enough followers where I want to run ads and try to get clients and money grab posts through tik tok or will that put me in violation because older videos on the channel use sounds that I dont have license for even though THOSE older TikToks arent asking for business? Thoughts? Either way thank you for this great content!

Hey Vero- as far as we know, there is no way to move those Account details to a new TikTok account. If you're looking to switch your current TikTok account to business, you can do this from within the TikTok account. We hope that helps!

I’ve signed up for TikTok Pro (in UK) and now my song choice is severely limited. Before I could used chart music, now I don’t recognise any of the songs. Is this a common problem or just me? Thanks

I heard that TikTok is geo located and if you post from a different country it won’t get global reach. Is there a way around this? My biz is in a different country

Hi Sam- great question and Happy to help! Yes, TikTok is geo-located! There' are some articles about people who have tried to use VPNs to change their location, but it sounds like TikTok bases your location off your SIM card (though this hasn't been confirmed by TikTok). From our understanding there's no workaround at this time.

When I use a VPN I see different content from the country selected, but I haven't tried posting yet, I just wanted to make sure it wouldn't flag the account and make it stuck in the country I'm in. I'll try posting with the VPN and then if not I'll probably have to get someone else to upload vids from the target country

Hey there, thanks for informative video. You covered so much. I wonder if you might be able to guess why I have massive conversions on instagram but almost none on TikTok. I have 400k TikTok followers, regularly get over a million views per video, but sell almost nothing. But when I advertise on my instagram story I can get up to 10k in sales in one ad. Is that weird?

Hi, I just came across this video while trying to learn more about Tik Tok. It is incredibly informative and helpful, thanks a lot! One issue was not covered though, that in my view could be interesting for many people. As you explain in your video, Tik Tok is very much focused on music and songs. What if a song is used in a video but without any authorization from the copyright owner? I know that authors can make their songs legally available on Tik Tok through music management services like Tunecore but what happens if their music has already been used in previous videos (and maybe with some success)? Is there any way for them to get paid for such unauthorised use? Thanks!

Search the #over40 tag and watch a bunch of videos. You'll see a mixture. For a business that has a product or service, you're probably going to want a fun /behind the scenes vibe. If you are a services person and *you* are the product, it's a tougher decision. I think anyone who is on Tiktok is going to expect some level of goof. If you want to be serious or are concerned about a client being turned off, it's probably not a platform you want to use. For businesses, if your target market is not on a certain platform, you have to weigh whether it's worth spending work time & energy on that platform at all. If you just like Tiktok, then just have a personal account.
