Lagatar jogging hum agar kartay hain plus brisk walk too. Toh us se muscle loss toh nhi hoga majid bhai ? As i am doing after weight traning .toh bad mai kaheen gains and muscle loss na hon ,as i want to increase gain. Not lessen it .please reply

If you're running do it for 40 mins or till you feel like dying,, If you're walking moderately you should surely go for 1.5 hr...❤❤ ( Mera BMI 29 tha ab 25 ho chuka❤ )

You didnt mention any duration like total kithny minutes hony chahei for week 1, and then 2,3 etc

Hlo ji main gym jaati hu 2 months hue hai and Mera weight 7 kg loose hua hai but treadmil nhi krpaa rhi hu zaada only 5 mints my weight when I was started my gym I was 97 kgs now I am 90 kgs but treadmil se pain hoti bhut legs m
