So if a repeat customer buys another service, do you create a new card?

That's correct but what it will do is have them down as a contact to so you don't have to keep putting their details in. I often have a source custom field so that if a repeat customer I can put the source down as a repeat customer.

@@ITMoon Once the project is done, i.e. Harry Potter Content, you move the card to the Win list and it stays there until you archive it? And if they didn't like the quote you'd put them in the Lost list and mark it lost.

@@Umpquawebdesign yes that's correct. I don't archive them ever though as it keeps the stats then inside Crumble for me.
