Has anyone else had the sudden urge to learn about a lot of stuff at the same time and then ended up on a weeks-long epic journey into productivity workflow software?

Very good. I was using the description section of the cards to outline posts, but using the checklists makes more sense. Thank you!

This is a great share Shane and I LOVE the tip about the bolded checklist items. I've been thinking about this approach in context with our development of best practices for tasks like onboarding a client, deploying an SSL certificate, building a FB campaign etc and I think your approach + link from checklist headings to either a best practice guide OR specific account information will work a treat. We then keep these lists in a board called 'templates' and copy them to working boards as required.

Very good video... I really like how you change the sizes of your thumbnail in the video. -Or maybe it was another video you did🤔? Either way it was a nice flow.

That's a cool feature of Trello. But in practice I find it's easier/faster to just use a text editor and do something like this... Level 1 - item a - (done) item b To prioritize an item, cut and paste. And so on... This is how I organize everything, including all my content creation. It's not as pretty, but it is more flexible as there's no "user interface" to get in your way. The Trello UI is "pretty" and more structured, and maybe that's less intimidating to associates/coworkers/clients, etc. The other problem with Trello is that it's not as secure as a text file. Even assuming Trello the company has strong security, one of my friends who is technically savvy had his Trello account hacked. So that's one concern I have with Trello. If I really start to invest time into Trello to manage my business, it becomes a vulnerable asset, potentially leaking trade secrets to a competitor, or maybe it's just deleted or the price increases dramatically--then what do you do? Historically technology companies don't last very long. Your content is great and I think Trello is a useful service, but after playing with it for years, it doesn't compete with a good text editor.

Great! I'm not using either Trello or each individual card as well as I could. This video really helps. Is there a way to print out this checklist? Thanks.
