Here's what to do if you aren't about to factory reset, change inputs, or change volume. 1. Make sure TV is turned on 2. Grab a metal hammer 3. Smash TV as hard as you can until it's in a million pieces 4. Throw it in the trash 5. Go buy a real TV 6. Never buy cheap pieces of shit like this again

I guess we're straight up f***** because I've been trying to figure this out for a week now. I guess we have to buy a universal remote. And I hope that they still even work at this point or sell them

Yea good luck. I ran into the same Issue and the universal remote doesn’t work for the tv.

I had the same issue, my solution was connect the sound bar, make all the sound come from there and then adjust volume there…
