Hi, Thank you very much for the video it has the ability to reduce the amount of time i spend replying the same answers to a large number of potential customers. I would like to ask if there was a way now or are they planning to in the future add a capability for a person on whatsapp to text something like /courseinfo and have the app already push the predefined answer to there phone. the user case i see is have a standard greeting message and at the end of the message list automated replies EG: text /courseinfo for course information, /price for a price list etc... Any info would Thanks agian.

Hi Sarov, I'm planning to use Whatsapp for Business for my sales staff but it seems like the communication mean is only Many (Customers) to One (My company) instead of Many (Customers) to Many (My Sales Staffs). Is there any way i can make it a Many to Many for Whatsapp for Business? Also, does the conversation has a different security feature as compared to normal Whatsapp? Because one of the concern is PDPA issue which customer has concern of disclosing privacy data / submitting document via Whatsapp. Hope you able to help with my inquiries and appreciate in advance.
