ok mate here it is , was gonna contact dad in COSTA RICA , HE lives in country side something happen around there some thugs stole all the pole internet wires so it is hard to get in touch with him on his cell no reception ,, he has a land line at home i try for hours yesterday nada , and it worries me cause dad fell and he was hospitalized so i dont know was up , i know his home now ,one of my mates told me. he was home . and am here on usa california , and my cell does not have international calls , thnx for replying , sorry if i was rude i apologize mate..i am just stress out . for the situation ..

Great video Stewart I didnt know about this facility But I fail to see why using url links to products or already established Web site would need the products added on to whattsapp. I fail to see the value of this from Facebook and wonder if its an effort to take on Google in GMB. Thanks for your feedback, It's just a way to simple communicate aspects of your business on WhatsApp, meaning you do not need to leave whatsApp. Also, this is a great option for small and local business that dont have the time or budget to create specific landing pages. Depending on the country this feature is really powerful. In New Zealand, business and consumers are starting to use WhatsApp more to manage and interact with customers/prospects. Thanks mate, is Whatsapp very big in the UK?

Hi mate, I'm not too sure, that is an issue however, what we do is have seperate numbers (business and personal) to keep contacts seperate between WhatsApp Business and personal.

Great overview thank you. I had NO clue WhatsApp had a business feature. Instead of sending out blanket messages to everyone, can you put certain people into groups for example their location as I may be working in that area of a certain day of the week??? Hey Nicholas, Basically, you can have only one number for personal or business. Basically, if you decide to shift to business. You will then be using WhatsApp for business for both personal and business.

got it thank you, very help question: Can I use WhatsApp business as an OTP as two-step verification for when my customer's log into my website? All I've heard so far from my website developer is that I have to go through a 3rd party and that I can't use WhatsApp business directly to send my customer's an OTP. Is that true?
